Connections in Action offers virtual Zoom meetups where adults with developmental disabilities can connect, make new friends, and enjoy fun conversations in a safe and welcoming environment

Who can join?
Any registered Connections in Action member is welcome to participate. A caregiver or support person may join if needed.

How do I join?
Registered participants will receive the Zoom link and meeting details by email before each session.

New to Zoom? No problem! We're happy to help you get connected before your first meeting so you can join with confidence.

Our in-person meet-ups are held at local libraries throughout Northeast Ohio, providing a safe, welcoming space for adults with developmental disabilities to meet, interact, and build friendships. These gatherings give participants the opportunity to get to know one another, share ideas, and help plan future social events and activities together.

What happens at a meet-up?
Participants have the opportunity to meet new people, socialize, build friendships, and discuss ideas for future group activities and outings.

How often do you meet?
We meet regularly throughout the month. Our event calendar is updated with upcoming dates and locations.

Do I have to attend every meet-up?
No. You are welcome to attend as many or as few meet-ups as you'd like.
